Production tooling wears. We inspect, repair and refurbish existing tools, including tools that were not built by us.

What wears

Wear shows up first on gates, cavity edges and cooling channels — the places where the tool is doing work rather than just holding shape.

What we need to start

The tool drawing if you have it, plus the symptoms you are seeing on the part.

Tolerances, tool sizes and cycle figures are pending confirmation from the factory.
