Mold assembly and sampling

After machining, tools are assembled, spotted and trialled in the press. The samples and the dimensional report are issued together, so the customer can compare the part against their own specification before sign-off.

Trial

The trial establishes the molding window and confirms that the part releases cleanly before the tool ships.

Documentation

First-article and dimensional reports go out with the tool.

Machine list, tolerance ranges and capacity figures are pending confirmation from the factory.
