We build injection molds for interior and exterior trim, lighting and under-bonnet parts, engineered against the draw and the molding window of the part rather than against a nominal shape.

What the tool has to survive

Under-bonnet parts see higher temperatures and longer run times than trim; lighting parts have to hold optical surfaces. Both change what the tool is made from and how it is cooled.
